  • An accrual of up to ten days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year, a total of twelve paid holidays, up to five paid days off between Christmas and New Year’s Day, three paid days off for external training, and one Wellnest Day (paid floating holiday).

Training

Every staff at Wellnest, regardless of position or tenure, has access to various professional development opportunities to enhance their skills. Our internal program, Training Corners, offers live training, recorded webinars, and support materials tailored to meet the professional development needs of our clinicians and support staff so that they can better serve our communities. Many of the clinical training opportunities offered as part of this internal program are eligible for Continuing Education Credits (CEU) for our mental health providers, which are offered free of cost to our staff. In addition, as a company-sponsored benefit, every employee is offered up to three paid days off to participate in external training to augment their learning.

Assistant Director - Intensive Services

Annualized Salary Range: $95,024 to $106,770

Case Manager - Outpatient Services (Leimert Park)

Range: $22.64 – $25.44 Hourly

Case Managers provide an array of services and activities in support of the program’s goal of promoting children’s emotional well-being. The Case Manager conducts groups for children, high-risk teens and adult parents of young children. These groups focus on building healthy relationships and promoting positive parenting. Clinical Supervisor

Annualized Salary Range: $84,820.00 – $95,304.00

The Clinical Supervisor serves as an essential member of the program’s leadership team by providing clinical oversight and field-based supervision. The Clinical Supervisor oversees direct program services to ensure client quality care, including monitoring the program’s outcome measures and timely completion of documentation, ensuring providers meet their service delivery rate, and other program-related objectives. This position requires regular interaction with the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Child and Family Services, and other community agencies.

Clinical Therapist - Wraparound

Annualized Salary Range: $67,704 to $83,410

As a team member, the Clinical Therapist handles cases as assigned, performs intakes for which the therapist interviews and collects information from clients, identifies symptoms, makes diagnoses and develops a therapeutic or treatment plan, runs therapy groups for children & families, plans and administers therapeutic treatment within accepted professional guidelines, makes home visits and counsels clients with accepted methods to assist client. Facilities Assistant

Salary Range:
$16.78 Hourly

As part of the Adult Work Experience program at Wellnest, the Facilities Assistant will maintain common areas such as cleaning and sanitizing counters, tables, lobby, and reception areas. In this position, the Facilities Assistant will also support with office organization and other maintenance duties as needed, and effectively serve in cordial communication with all staff and community members at all times. The successful candidate will be motivated and eager to learn Wellnest policies and procedures.

Home Visitor

Annualized Salary Range: $48,266 to $54,229

The Home Visitor will provide services to caregivers and their newborns until the child reaches the age of 5.

Home Visitation services are offered to at-risk families to support parent-child attachment, child development, and linkage of families to resources. This program offered by Wellnest is based on the Healthy Families America model of home visiting. This model supports new parents at the time their new babies are born, and provides additional support and ongoing home visitation services during the important early years of a child’s life.

Human Resources Recruiter

The Human Resources Recruiter is instrumental in helping Wellnest achieve organizational excellence. The HR Recruiter is responsible for developing hiring strategies that effectively address the organization’s staffing needs. This position oversees the complete life-cycle recruitment process and is responsible for designing and implementing processes that support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates for roles across all levels of the organization.

Intensive Care Coordinator

Salary Range: $18.12 – $21.11 Hourly

The Intensive Care Coordinator will work on a team providing services to children and their families/caregivers involved in the Los Angeles County child welfare system using the Intensive Field Capable Clinical Services (IFCCS) delivery model. The Intensive Care Coordinator will lead the Child and Family teams to work directly with the children and family/caregivers per the Plan of Care in their respective environments, including but not limited to in homes, out-of-home placement(s), schools and/or in the community to help achieve permanent placement for the child(ren). The Intensive Care Coordinator is responsible for: 1) convening the team and ensuring the continuity of care and that all identified services in the Plan of Care are provided, 2) ensuring the application of family-centered practice by the entire team, 3) serving as the contact point for children, families, service providers and the community, and 4) ensuring there is continuous input and feedback from the family and service providers. In addition, in accordance with the Child and Family Plan of Care, the Intensive Care Coordinator will provide mental health assessments, crisis intervention and case management services through a Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health Services contract. Use of own car, and timely completion of duties including but not limited to paperwork, keeping records, and performing other, similar paraprofessional job duties are required. Other duties will be assigned, in keeping with the program’s model to serve children in the most effective manner.

Parent Partner

Salary Range: $17.84 – $21.64 Hourly

The Parent Partner will work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting the provision of services to children, youth, adults and their families/caregivers. The Parent Partner works closely with assigned child(ren)’s parent and/or caregiver(s) to represent their best interests and participate as a member in the Child and Family Team (CFT) Meeting, IEPs, and other external meetings as needed. The Parent Partner provides services in the field and in office as needed and demonstrates a strong ability to communicate in a team, mobilize and motivate people.
