The Clinic engages in a variety of community collaborations in order to meet the needs of children and their families.

To best meet the mental health needs of children and their families, the Clinic partners with the following organizations:
  • Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health – Short Doyle Contractor
  • Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services
  • California Department of Rehabilitation
  • First 5 LA
  • Los Angeles Unified School District – Non-public school contractor and other service projects
  • The Association of Community Human Services Agencies

Further, to actively promote the training of mental health professionals, the Clinic engages in training partnerships with the USC Keck School of Medicine, Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, California Psychology Internship Council.

CARF has accredited Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic for the following programs:
Employment Services; Work Adjustment; and Personal, Vocational and Social Adjustment.
